Interprenexus School was created with a clear purpose: to support interpreters in navigating the day to day challenges of the interpreting industry, recognizing the need for a professional space where interpreters could stay informed about best practices and access resources, training and recognition.

Hi, I’m Dahiana Oliver your course facilitator!
As a multifaceted professional, I bring a wealth of experience and passion to my work. Let me introduce myself.
I'm a CCHI Certified Healthcare Interpreter, I have been Interpreting for several years and it is for sure one my passions, bridging communication gaps is such a gratifying and fulfilling role, where every day I get to learn, grow, and help others.
Former Small Business Owner / Dance Costume Designer:
As a small business owner, I navigated the challenges of entrepreneurship. Whether designing and making attire for dancers from all over the United States for performances and competitions, managing operations, marketing, or customer relations, I understand the intricacies of running a business.
My entrepreneurial journey taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of customer satisfaction.
Professional Dancer and Dance Teacher (15+ years):
I have a been a dancer for almost 24 years starting at the age of 8, performing and competing in Venezuela and also in the United States, by age 17, after graduating as a professional dancer in Ballet and Contemporary from Fundación Escuela de Ballet Clasico del Estado Lara, my journey as a teacher began and also my journey to grow within other styles of dance, like Salsa, Bachata, Tango amongst other styles and eventually teaching most of them.
I also attended UNEARTE University in Venezuela, pursuing a Master of Arts in Dance before I decided to change my life completely and move to the United States of America.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with friends, traveling, learning about new cultures and trying different foods.
As a person who thrives on creativity, communication, and connection, whether interpreting medical terminology, designing dance attire or teaching, I will always bring dedication and passion to every role.
Because I enjoy teaching so much, I didn't want to stop at teaching dance, I wanted to create a platform, a safe space for us interpreters to connect, to learn and to grow together, a place to talk about our industry, to explore day-to-day real life scenarios, to work on professionalism and best practices, to improve our skills and become the best we can be while helping overcome language barriers, this is how "Interprenexus" came to be.
Let's learn and grow together!
